This position plays a key role in maintaining and improving Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards across all operations. The role is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining QHSE management systems while promoting a strong culture of safety, compliance and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Lead internal audits, supplier assessments and external certification audits. Ensure compliance with all UK Health & Safety legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. Conduct risk assessments, site inspections and accident/nearmiss investigations. Manage environmental systems aligned with ISO 14001 and support the development and maintenance of ISO 50001 energy management systems. Drive sustainability, waste management and energyefficiency initiatives across the business.Skills & Experience Proven experience in QHSE, Health & Safety, or Quality Management within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and ISO standards. Excellent communication, problemsolving and leadership skills. Ability to influence and promote a positive safety and quality culture.Qualifications NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (essential). IEMA or IOSH membership (desirable).Why Join?
