You will have to undertake duties relating to the operation of the building and surrounding grounds in line with key SLA and KPIs, ensuring minimal disruption to the daily activities of establishment users.Main Responsibilities.The programme supports tasks efficiently and effectively. Making sure that the grounds are open and secured by agreed procedures.Provide first line response to reactive events.Making sure that the premises are maintained in a safe and secure manner.Ordering, distribution and storage of materials.Security Services, which includes management of CCTV and the alarm system.Furniture re-organisation.Help desk Logging and closing down jobs.Maintenance, which includes building and surrounding grounds.
