Job Description New exclusive Quantity Surveyor position in Ramsgate KentPosition: Quantity SurveyorSalary: negotiable and dependent upon experiencePackage: 6,000 - 7,500 car allowance (dependent upon level), 5% pension, 25 days holiday and private healthcare.Sector: Main contractorLocation: Ramsgate, KentThis contractor is a central Kent construction company that is very well established and deliver a broad range of projects across Kent.Projects typically range in value from 2 million - 12 million with a repeat client base.The Quantity Surveyor role:Managing commercial activities on a range of construction projects.Procurement and placing subcontractor orders.Pricing variations, preparation of valuations, negotiating and ongoing final accounting for contractor and client accounts.Cash flows and cost reporting.Attending site meetings and client meetings.About you:Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor .Qualified to a HNC level or above.Strong commercial, negotiation and reporting skills.Experience of delivering D&B, NEC and Traditional contractsWhat is on offerA competitive salary and package.Working with a well established stable contractor within a supportive experienced team.Working locally within the central Kent area.How to applyPlease apply with your CV and brief project summary demonstrating your experience.
