Job Description Pay:30,000.00 to 35,000.00 per yearJob Description:Were growing our Social Department and looking for a Senior Paid Social Executive with 3-5 yearsexperience to take ownership of paid social performance across a varied client portfolio. This role sits atthe heart of our social growth, combining strategic thinking, creative testing, and strong commercialawareness.This is a paid-social-first role, leading campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X forecommerce and lead-generation clients. If you enjoy owning performance, influencing strategy, and thinking beyond the last click, youll thrive here.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn, optimise, and scale Meta & TikTok campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversionstages.Lead performance analysis (ROAS, CPA/CPL, CTR, CVR) and turn insights into clear recommendations.Own creative testing roadmaps, identifying opportunities across messaging, formats, hooks, andaudiences.Apply a full-funnel approach, integrating organic social, UGC, and influencer activity into widercampaign thinking.Lead client communications, including performance updates, testing plans, and recommendations.Collaborate with design, content, and paid media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.What Youll LearnExposure to advanced testing frameworks, creative strategy, and emerging paid social tools.Opportunities to shape best practices, templates, and processes as the social department grows.Deeper involvement in how paid social supports wider business and commercial objectives, not justchannel metrics.Who Were Looking ForA confident Senior Paid Social Executive whos ready to take ownership. Youll be comfortable leadingaccounts, explaining decisions to clients, and applying full-funnel thinking to understand how paid,organic, and influencer activity contribute to overall business performance.
