In this role, you'll deliver training, coaching, and assessments to apprentices in Engineering and Building Services disciplines, such as plumbing, heating, machining, inspection, and technical support. You'll create engaging learning plans, mentor learners through their apprenticeship journey, and prepare them for their End Point Assessment, while working closely with employers to keep skills and knowledge industry-relevant. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the engineering or building services industry, hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline, and either possess (or be willing to achieve) a teaching qualification and the TAQA Assessor Award. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, alongside a passion for helping apprentices achieve their goals.
