This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced engineer to pass on their knowledge, help shape the future of apprentices, and grow their own career in education and training. What You'll Do: As a Trainer/Assessor, you'll work with apprentices in Mechanical Engineering to deliver high-quality, inspiring training and assessment. Your core responsibilities will include: Delivering induction, training, coaching, and assessment to apprentices on their Apprenticeship Programmes. Designing and delivering engaging and flexible learning programmes , incorporating both face-to-face and digital platforms . Teaching knowledge-based modules and coordinating classroom learning in partnership with other college teams. Monitoring and assessing learners' progress, maintaining accurate and timely records of learning and achievement. What We're Looking For: We're looking for a passionate and experienced professional who meets the following criteria: ? NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering ? Relevant industry experience in mechanical engineering or a related field ? Excellent communication and coaching skills ? A genuine passion for developing others ?? No assessing qualification yet?
