Head of Farming (London)

The Head of Farming is accountable for the creation and implementation of the Company's Farming business strategy in the short, medium, and longer term.Work in conjunction with the Head of Rural to implement effective business plans and vision.Be accountable for the delivery of the agreed strategy and driving high performance across the Farming department.Focus on cultivating existing clients and establishing new clients to promote business development.Manage own client relationships effectively.Oversee processes to manage risk, and to drive quality and profitability.Collaborate with the Head of Rural to develop a culture of process improvement through training, communication, and system development.Be accountable for the P&L of the Farming department.Ensure achievement of budgets and reforecasting for the department.Communicate financial information clearly to relevant stakeholders within the Farming department.Provide visionary and inspirational leadership.Actively communicate and promote the vision of the Company, rural, and farming businesses.Inspire, coach, mentor, and develop successors, including identifying top talent.Foster a culture of business development within the business line.Serve as a role model for organizational behavior across the business.Ensure overall client satisfaction and monitor the quality of business undertaken.Collaborate with the wider business to develop and execute regional and national business development plans.#J-18808-Ljbffr
