Come help us build the future of Web3 and digital ownership.About The OpportunityMoonPay is seeking an Operating Partner, to support the CEO and senior leadership on high-impact initiatives critical to our mission of building the worlds gateway to web3. The CEO office will be the right hand of the MoonPay CEO and generalist problem solvers: owning projects end-to-end, working directly with our executive team to deliver tangible business value, and create scalable processes/products to fuel our global growth. This is a high-leverage, high-autonomy role for an operator who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving hard problems, and wants to drive measurable impact across multiple parts of the business. Please note that this role will require a significant amount of global travel to work alongside our distributed teams and partners.What You Will DoLeading key cross-functional initiatives in partnership with the CEO and senior leadershipDeputise for the CEO in key meeting with stakeholders and investorsIdentifying and executing new growth and revenue opportunities in MoonPays ecosystemBuilding and optimising scalable processes to support the companys rapid growthPartnering closely with MoonPays investors on key strategic initiatives and reportingAnalysing complex business problems, developing recommendations, and driving implementationRolling up your sleeves to fill operational gaps where needed, ensuring MoonPay scales effectivelyAbout YouA STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier universityA track record of outstanding achievement across academics, professional, or entrepreneurial experiences5+ years of experience in a top-tier investment bank, private equity, strategy consultancy, or a fast-growing technology companyA strong analytical toolkit paired with operational execution abilityExperience working abroad or in globally distributed environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams, including investors and board stakeholdersA bias toward action and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsFlexibility to travel frequently as required to support business and CEO prioritiesA masterful communicator, who can translate executive vision for various audiencesWhat You Will Be Working With/onThis role will be working on the highest level of confidential projects for MoonPayMost importantly, though, you will embody the core principles that everyone here at the MoonPay lives by.
