As Customer Fulfilment Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Director and lead the end-to-end fulfilment strategy.This role will require regional oversight across the North and Scotland, and you will be expected to travel to Scotland a couple of times per month to support teams, align operations, and strengthen stakeholder relationships on the ground.Youll be responsible for optimising service performance, driving cost-to-serve efficiency, and embedding a continuous improvement mindset within a high-performing team. If you thrive on operational leadership, customer experience excellence and cross-functional collaboration, this is a key strategic role within the region. xjdpvnf What Youll Be DoingDeveloping and executing a regional customer fulfilment strategy aligned to overall business objectivesDriving data-led optimisation of service levels, delivery performance and cost-to-serveLeading, mentoring and developing a high-performing fulfilment team across the regionManaging daily operations to ensure outstanding customer experience from quote to deliveryEnsuring OTIFIC (On Time, In Full, Invoiced Correctly) performance is consistently delivered and continuously improvedCollaborating with Logistics Operations Managers to align fulfilment with regional logistics strategyBalancing service excellence with operational efficiency within defined cost frameworksProviding feedback on haulier performance to support logistics optimisationEmbedding a customer-first mindset and strong service culture across teamsDriving standardisation of order management, pricing processes and service performanceLeading the team through change initiatives including system implementations and process updatesResolving escalations swiftly and minimising customer impactMonitoring KPIs and using performance data to identify improvement opportunitiesCoaching teams through customer interaction reviews and service quality assessmentsWhat Youll BringProven leadership experience within customer fulfilment, logistics, supply chain or operational service environmentsStrong customer-centric mindset with a track record of improving service performanceAbility to analyse data and KPIs to drive performance improvement and operational optimisationExperience leading cross-functional collaboration across sales, logistics and operational teamsStrong organisational skills with high attention to detail and follow-throughConfidence managing stakeholders and influencing across multiple business functionsResilience and adaptability within fast-paced, changing environmentsWillingness and flexibility to travel across the North and Scotland, including regular travel to ScotlandWe are committed to building a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
