Responsibilities: Source and attract suitable candidates for accountancy and finance roles across a range of clients in East LancashireBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of serviceManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from brief to placement and aftercareConduct interviews and assessment of candidates, providing guidance and feedbackUtilise the company's advanced CRM and online platforms to track and manage your recruitment pipelinePromote the company's brand and reputation within the local market.
