This is a fantastic role for an experienced SHE Manager who thrives on visibility, engagement, and making real improvements. Key Responsibilities: Lead SHE performance and champion a proactive safety culture as the site SHE Manager. Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and internal standards. Deliver audits, risk assessments, and investigations that drive improvement. Provide coaching, training, and engagement across all levels. Support environmental and sustainability initiatives. Collaborate closely with operational teams to influence safe behaviours. About You: Experienced SHE Manager (or similar H&S leader) within FMCG, food, beverage, or manufacturing. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence. Hands-on approach and confident working with frontline teams. NEBOSH Diploma (or working towards) is highly desirable.
