What Youll Be Doing: Driving the SHE agenda and ensuring full compliance with all HSE legislation and internal standards. Leading site-wide initiatives to foster a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset. Taking a hands-on approach to risk management, investigations, audits, and training. Playing a key role in pest control management, ensuring robust systems are in place to protect site integrity. Engaging with cross-functional teams and providing expert guidance on safety and environmental practices. What Were Looking For: Experienced SHE Manager with a solid background in food manufacturing. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with pest control systems and audits. Strong leadership and communication skills someone who can inspire and influence. NEBOSH qualified (or equivalent) with a good understanding of environmental legislation. A proactive mindset with the ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.
