The corporate team is well-positioned for growth, offering varied and high-quality work that includes: M&A transactions Business sales and acquisitions Shareholder agreements and joint ventures General corporate governance and advisory matters This role offers the chance to play a pivotal role in the ongoing development of the firms corporate offering, with the autonomy to grow your own practice while leveraging a strong existing client base and cross-referrals from the wider partnership.
