You'll be part of a collaborative environment where your ideas and expertise will help shape secure, scalable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first and second-level technical support for incidents and problemsMonitor system performance and ensure optimal functionalityCreate and maintain technical documentationSupport compliance with internal processes and policiesPreferred Experience and QualificationsDeep understanding of virtualisation technologiesExperience with Windows Server (2016/2019), AWS, AzureKnowledge of Red Hat products (Satellite 6, OpenShift, RHEL/CentOS)Active Directory management (RBAC, DFS, OU creation)Familiarity with VSAN, SCVMM, Hyper-VNetworking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN)PowerShell scripting and awareness of Bash, Python, GitExposure to McAfee EPO/ENSStrong organisational and time management skillsFamiliarity with ITIL best practicesA proactive mindset with a focus on root cause analysisWillingness to share knowledge and learn from othersAbility to identify and mitigate risksAdditional InformationDue to the nature of the work, applicants must be sole British nationals and eligible for Enhanced DV clearance.Access to a comprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for personal and professional developmentA supportive, inclusive working cultureReasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
