Were looking for someone who enjoys winning deals, building relationships and generating new business.Youll be responsible for:Letting our open storage portfolio - generating enquiries, conducting viewings and negotiating dealsManaging external commercial agents to ensure assets are actively marketHelping drive deals from enquiry through to completionBuilding relationships with local businesses and occupiersWere looking for someone who is: Experienced in sales or business development (5+ years) Confident speaking with business owners and decision makers Commercially driven and proactive Strong at negotiation and relationship buildingProperty experience is helpful but certainly not essential.Message me directly if youd like a confidential chat and to find out more about the role.
