Job Description Sales Development Representative (SDR) Opportunity | High-Growth MSP | Hybrid PrestonWe are currently working with a fast-growing MSP in the Preston area who are on the look out for a proactive, motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2+ years MSP or Technology Services experience to join their commercial team.The SDR plays a crucial role in generating new sales pipeline through targeted outreach, lead qualification, and positioning the MSPs service portfolio to their potential customers. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating opportunities, and contributing directly to business growth.Key responsibilities:Proactively generate and qualify new sales pipeline through outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.)Identify and engage with key decision-makers in target accountsWork closely with Sales and Marketing to drive outreach campaigns and messagingQualify inbound leads and progress them through the funnelBook qualified meetings and demos for field/closing sales teamsMaintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and activity logsProvide feedback on market trends, objections and competitive insightsAbout YouMinimum 2 years experience in a sales development or lead generation role, ideally within an MSP or technology/IT services environmentComfortable with outbound prospecting and proactive engagement strategiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrates resilience, organisation and self-motivationCommercially minded with a clear focus on creating pipeline and contributing to growthUnderstanding of MSP services, recurring revenue models and IT buying cyclesSkills & AttributesExcellent communicator with the confidence to engage prospects at all levelsHighly driven and target-orientedGood CRM discipline and data hygieneCoachable with a desire to continuously improve performanceTeam player with a collaborative mindsetIf you possess the relevant Sales Development experience and have ideally worked for an MSP or Technical Services environment before, please apply we will call to discuss further.Sales Development Representative (SDR) Opportunity | High-Growth MSP | Hybrid PrestonJBRP1_UKTJ
