The Associate Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role involves working closely with developers to ensure successful project delivery.QualificationsExpertise in Cost Control and Cost ManagementExperience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)Proficiency in Cost Planning and Cost ReportingStrong analytical and numerical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently in a hybrid work environmentExperience in the construction or residential development industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related fieldPlease get in touch if you think this role is for you.
