The firm’s Commercial Litigation team advises a broad client base, including SMEs, local businesses, and public sector organisations, on a wide range of disputes. The work covers a mix of commercial litigation matters such as contractual disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence claims, and shareholder disputes. This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Associate to step into a key role, where you will work directly with Partners to manage and develop a diverse caseload of high-quality work, while also contributing to the growth of the department. The Candidate 7+ years’ post-qualification experience in Commercial Litigation Experience managing a varied and challenging caseload independently A proven track record of delivering excellent results for clients Strong communication and client management skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships A practical and solutions-focused approach to litigation The ambition and drive to play a key role in the team’s development and growth Why Join This Team?
