Working as part of a high performing team in this values-driven organisation you will support with the following:Advising Managers on all HR related queries, supporting them through disciplinary and grievance processesConducting investigationsSupporting Managers with recruitment and selectionManaging the onboarding and induction process for new startersLiaising with internal and external stakeholders in relation to apprenticeship recruitment and developmentSupporting managers in driving performance within their teamsProducing HR reports with analytics for ManagementThe ideal candidate for this role will have a true generalist background with strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
