Key Responsibilities for the Recruitment Consultant: Business Development– Proactively identifying and securing new client opportunities through phone and face-to-face engagement. Candidate Sourcing & Management– Attracting top talent using job boards, social media, and networking. Sales & Negotiation– Matching candidates with the right opportunities and managing the recruitment process through to placement. Relationship Building– Developing and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with clients and candidates. Target Achievement– Working towards individual and team goals in a performance-driven environment. Key Requirements for the Recruitment Consultant: Sector Specific Experience –It’s essential that you have a strong background within education recruitment.
