Candidate sourcing & Management –Attracting top talent through job boards, social media, and networking. Sales & Negotiation –Matching candidates with the right opportunities and closing deals. Building Long Term Relationships –Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with clients and candidates. Achieving & Exceeding Targets –Working towards individual and team performance targets.What we’re looking for:Drive & Ambition –A results-orientated mindset with a passion for success.
