Deputy Manager Childrens Home

We are looking for a Senior/Deputy manager for a Solo children's home in Preston PR2. Its a lovely little home, with a very stable staff team who have known each other for a while. JOB PURPOSE To adhere to the Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 and policies and procedures of the company. To maintain high standards in the home and act as a positive role model. To assist in formulating assessments of needs for each young person. To complete and maintain all documents relevant to the home - Statement of Purpose, Young Persons Guide, Placement Plans and Workforce Plan. To provide a caring, nurturing, and supportive environment for young people which respects and affirms their racial, cultural religious identity and lifestyle. To assist in returning young people to their families if appropriate and in line with their Care Plans or enable them to move on to alternative carers or independence at the appropriate stage in their lives. To implement each young persons care plan considering their wishes and views. To share and develop the care plan with the team and external professionals. To ensure the young people are safeguarded and protected within the Childrens Home and wider community. TPBN1_UKTJ
