Job Description Join a Global Leader in Financial Technology Become a Customer Engineer at NCR Atleos!Job Title: Customer EngineerLocation: Preston/Blackpool/Blackburn, UK - Field WorkHours: 42.5 per week across 5days with weekend work on rota basisMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Diagnose faults and perform repair or replacement of ATM modules on-siteInstall, maintain, and repair equipment within an assigned territory/regionTake ownership of customer issues or incidents, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with Service Level AgreementsRole may involve prolonged travel, lifting and carrying toolkits/parts of varying weights, and bending, squatting, walking, standing, or sitting for extended periodsFull training and equipment provided. Company vehicle available for personal use (fuel card included; BIK and mileage usage fee per mile apply)KEY QUALIFICATIONS:Valid Full UK manual driving licenseStrong local geographical knowledgeExperience in break/fix, IT, computer/mechanical repairBasic computer hardware and software knowledgeExperience with Windows operating systemsExperience in general PC hardware and software maintenanceHigh level of mechanical/electrical aptitudePIA licences desirable, but if you dont hold one, it will be providedExcellent interpersonal skills and customer facing relationship skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision, strong problem-solving skills, quick learner, and capable of performing well under pressurePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT ESSENTIAL):NCR/Wincor ATMs experiencePrevious Field Based experiencePrevious Engineering experienceEEO StatementNCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
