Engineers are trusted to do the job properly, supported with training, and given realistic workloads that allow for accurate diagnosis and repair.The Role - Senior Gas Service EngineerYou'll focus on service, maintenance and breakdowns across domestic properties, including:Boiler servicing and reactive breakdownsAdvanced heating & hot water fault-findingAchieving strong first-time fix ratesDiagnosing system and component faultsDomestic Gas Safety inspectionsWorking with S & Y plan systemsBasic electrical diagnostics (multimeter use)Liaising professionally with customersOngoing technical training and toolbox talksNo heavy install focus. No rushed jobs.About YouYou're an experienced gas service engineer who takes pride in diagnostics and customer care.Essential5+ years' experience in domestic gas servicing & breakdownsACS: CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWATGas Safe registeredStrong diagnostic and fault-finding skillsFull UK driving licenceDesirableG3 Unvented Hot WaterExperience with system boilers and controlsConfident customer communicationPackage & Benefits38,500 - 41,600 DOECompany van, fuel & uniform28 days holiday (including bank holidays)Monday - Friday core hoursOptional overtime (not expected)Ongoing training and progression into Senior / Lead Service rolesJBRP1_UKTJ
