If you thrive in a technical environment and enjoy blending hands-on engineering with analytical thinking, this role is perfect for you!Based in Leyland PR25 Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and support reliability-centred and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance asset performance.Analyse maintenance and performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.Conduct root cause and failure mode analyses to prevent repeat failures.Develop, monitor, and improve reliability KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.Support and coach maintenance and operations teams on reliability best practices.Qualifications The ideal candidate for the Reliability Engineer position will possess:Proven experience in maintenance or reliability engineering.Level 3 Mechanical EngineeringLevel 3 Electrical Installation (18th edition is desirable)Compex (desirable)Knowledge of reliability engineering tools (RCM, RCA, FMEA, Weibull, etc)A strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Excellent communication skills to influence site teams effectively.Benefits and Perks This company offers a competitive salary, dependent on experience and qualifications, along with:Monday to Friday working hours (40 hours per week).Competitive salary up to 50k per annum - Perm PositionEnhanced overtime rates for weekdays and weekends.Company pension with employer contribution.25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays.Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.Join the Team!
