Job Description We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Assistant Team Leader at their HRC site in Cambridgeshire. This is for a period of 3 months and if all training completed and performance is good will be offered a perm role at higher rate.Full time role / 40 hours a weekGeneral duties include:Supervision of onsite staffProviding excellent customer service for customers that visit siteRe-directing customers to correct allocated baysAdhering to H&SGeneral cleaning of siteRequirements:Must have access to own vehicle; mileage costs will be covered by the client.We require reliable and committed operatives who are available to start as soon as possible.The role involves working in all weather conditions and requires physical endurance.Candidates must be flexible, as they may be assigned to different sites on different days and will be expected to travel to any requested location without refusal.Duties: Working on household waste recycling centre as Waste OperativesAbility to provide good customer service to site visitorsRedirecting customers to correct allocated waste areasAdhere to health and safetyGeneral cleaning around the yardJBRP1_UKTJ
