TITLE: Technical Support Manager , Academy & Technical Upskilling Location: Brighton and surrounding Salary: 52,000 basic + 22 days holiday + company vehicle Industry: Fire & Security / Technical Services ABOUT Our client, a growing fire and security solutions provider, is seeking a Technical Support Manager to support their internal Academy program. This role is responsible for coaching, upskilling, and developing technicians through a 7-month structured training program. The position combines classroom-based training with on-site support, and occasional overnight stays may be required depending on the training schedule.
