This role requires someone with a strong background in ERP systems, acquisitions, and integration processes, who is confident working with a wide variety of stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have experience delivering large-scale, complex ERP projects and must hold (or be eligible for) SC Clearance due to the nature of the work.Key Responsibilities:Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for the ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.Work closely with stakeholders across departments to drive process improvements and system integration.Navigate relationships with stakeholders and build strong working relationships across different teams.Support the end-to-end ERP implementation, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.Ensure smooth integration of ERP systems during acquisitions and organisational changes.Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions to ensure user adoption.Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.Provide clear project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.Desirable Skills:Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an ERP implementation project.Strong ERP systems background.Experience managing acquisitions and integration processes.Ability to build relationships and work with stakeholders who may be resistant to change.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Experience working on projects with security clearance (SC) requirements is highly desirable.About us: At Peregrine, we see beyond the immediate and look to the horizon.
