Job Description Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant on a permanent basis for our client based in Denbighshire. As a well known and reputable firm in the local area, you will be looking to join an established and fast paced team dealing with an array of clients with varying needs.Key ResponsibilitiesTyping correspondence and documentation from digital dictationOpening and maintaining client files and managing diariesHandling post-completion matters, including Land Registry applications and stamp duty returnsPreparing and issuing freehold and leasehold contract packsDrafting completion statements and managing exchange and completion processesTaking client calls and liaising with third parties professionally and efficientlyProviding general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the departmentAbout You Applications are welcomed from experiencedProperty Legal Assistants or Legal Secretarieswho have worked within residential conveyancing and are confident handling all stages of a property transaction.Essential Skills & Experience:Proven experience in a property department, ideally within residential conveyancingExcellent attention to detail and strong organisational skillsAudio typing and dictation experienceExperience handling completions and post-completion workConfident communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing prioritiesTeam player with a positive and professional attitude If you would like more information on this role, please call 01745 887788.JBRP1_UKTJ
