Job Description If youre a graduate in Planning, Construction Project Management, Real Estate or anything similar and would like the opportunity to learn while working in-house at a Property Developer, then this is the option for you!Based in Preston, youll be using your degree knowledge to get involved at the front end of a myriad of developments, helping the Acquisitions Manager and considering appraisals, planning permissions and constraints, and then helping with the project delivery on site by helping with the contract administration and so on.
