35,000 basic plus commission and annual bonus Office-based, Hertfordshire This is not a passive account management role. Youll be joining a growing umbrella business led by an experienced industry figure who is building something modern, commercial and genuinely different. This is not about sitting in a bloated structure, firefighting issues and being measured on volume alone. Its about relationships, trust and long-term value. If youre bored of slow decision-making and limited progression, this is worth a look. The role Youll take accounts won by the MD and Business Development team and turn them into strong, long-term partnerships. Youll be the go-to person for agencies and contractors, balancing service quality with commercial growth. What youll be trusted with Managing and developing agency and contractor relationships Supporting onboarding and handling queries Growing accounts commercially over time Acting as a trusted, reliable point of contact Who this suits You are client-focused, organised and commercially aware. Experience in umbrella or payroll is helpful but not essential. You want responsibility, visibility and a role where good work is noticed. TPBN1_UKTJ
