Review specifications to identify risks and opportunities early. Align design with budget and programme in coordination with commercial, estimating, and procurement teams. Act as the main technical contact, managing stakeholders and approving subcontractor designs. Ensure timely, high-quality design delivery while supporting testing, compliance, and buildability on site.
