Are you highly organised, detail-focused and great with digital systems? Do you enjoy keeping projects running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a Document Controller to join a busy construction project team and become the go-to person for managing documentation, information flow and project compliance.Want to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button. What You'll Be DoingIn this role, you'll support the project team by ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date and easy to access. Your responsibilities will include: Managing document workflows and ensuring files are stored correctlyUploading, reviewing and updating drawings, reports and project recordsDistributing documents to internal teams, contractors and stakeholdersTracking document revisions and making sure the latest versions are always availableAssisting the project team with audits, quality checks and compliance requirementsMaintaining project registers and ensuring all documentation meets standardsHelping onboard new users to the document management systemProviding general administrative support to keep the project running efficientlyWhat We're Looking ForAble to display previous experience in document control, ideally within construction or engineeringGood understanding of document management systems (e.g. ACC, Asite, Viewpoint, 4Projects, Aconex or similar)Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skillsConfident using digital tools, spreadsheets and shared platformsGood communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teamsWhat's in It for You?Join a friendly, supportive project teamWork on an exciting construction project with long-term prospectsCompetitive salary depending on experience If this sounds like something that might be of interest then do send a copy of your CV to the advert ASAP!
