They are a full-service law firm that are seeking a Solicitor with the ability to work on Corporate matters independently.About the RoleDuties will include:Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.Drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements and company restructuring documentation.Conducting legal due diligence and preparing related documentation.Staying up-to-date with changes in corporate law and regulatory developments.Collaborating with internal teams on transactions.Active involvement with business development. QualificationsCorporate fee earning experience essential.3 years+ PQE. Required SkillsHave very high level of technical competence.Marketing and business development skills.Proven track record of meeting targets.Have strong interpersonal skills.Sound legal knowledge.Pay range and compensation packageSalary dependent on experience: £60k+25 days Holiday.Hybrid & Flexible working.Company pension.
