Job Description The Senior Legal Counsel role based in Portsmouth will involve the following tasks: Act as first point of contact for legal queries throughout the business Review and drafting of a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements Negotiation of new agreements and terms of business Drafting of technology contracts, sales contracts, IP, SLAs, NDAs, Work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders Ensure that compliance processes are followed The Successful Applicant The successful candidate for the Interim Senior Legal Counsel role will need to have the following skills and experience: Be a qualified solicitor Have a strong background of negotiating large value commercial contracts Strong IP knowledge Excellent communication skills Be able to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities Be happy to working 2-3 days in the office each week What's on Offer This is an Interim position for 3-6 months.Hybrid working is available, ideally 3 days per weeks in the office.#J-18808-Ljbffr
