Were seeking a qualified Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead electrical operations and ensure compliance under the Portsmouth City Council contract and other commercial sites. Youll combine technical expertise with supervisory oversightsupporting engineers, managing resources, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities as Electrical Maintenance Supervisor: Supervise and support electricians carrying out EICRs, fault finding, and remedial works. Act as the Electrical Qualified Supervisor for the contract. Ensure compliance with BS7671 and all relevant regulations. Conduct inspections, prepare reports, and oversee certification accuracy. Manage labour, materials, quotes, and supplier performance. Lead on health & safety, audits, and toolbox talks. Mentor and develop team members. Qualifications & Experience NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671). City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing). Previous experience as an Electrical Qualified Supervisor. Proven experience in commercial FM or building maintenance. Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills. Full UK driving licence ECS Gold Card, IPAF/PASMA, or supervisory experience desirable. This role will be working for Corrigenda FM, who are part of the Apleona Group. TPBN1_UKTJ
