Late Shift Supervisor

As the Shift Supervisor Late Shift , youll lead the Hand Assembly and Datamate teams, ensuring production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are consistently met. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll support your team, troubleshoot issues and help drive continuous improvement. Youll be responsible for: Supervising daily operations during the late shift Supporting the team with hands-on assembly tasks when needed Ensuring production output meets quality and efficiency targets Conducting shift handovers and communicating with management Training, mentoring and developing team members Maintaining accurate production and attendance records Identifying improvement opportunities to boost quality and productivity Managing component/tool inventory and reporting shortages Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety procedures Investigating accidents, near misses or unsafe conditions This is a great role for someone who enjoys leading from the front and making a real difference in day-to-day production performance. What youll need To be successful as a Shift Supervisor , youll bring: Experience in a supervisory or team-leading role within manufacturing or assembly Strong understanding of hand assembly techniques Knowledge of automated machinery processes Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to lead by example and support a positive team culture Problem-solving skills and confidence troubleshooting issues Understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards Willingness to be hands-on and support production tasks Whats in it for you?
