Job DescriptionJob Title: MEP Engineering LeadLocation: PortsmouthSalary: 70,000 95,000 + benefitsAbout the Role: Our client is hiring an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Process) Engineering Lead for the Havant Thicket Reservoir project. You'll support the Engineering Manager in delivering a major infrastructure scheme, manage design reviews, oversee technical queries, and lead coordination between contractors and stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead meetings with Design Guardians to address issues and progress.Manage technical queries and design submissions, coordinating with stakeholders.Monitor Design Guardian performance against KPIs and provide feedback.Coordinate engineering requests with contractors and facilitate collaborative planning.Chair weekly operations meetings and technical workshops to align solutions.Represent engineering in Early Warning meetings and help resolve issues.About You:Degree in an Engineering discipline.Experience in design management and coordinating multidisciplinary inputs.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.Strong understanding of the design process and its commercial impact.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).Results-driven with strong organisational and team collaboration abilities.Reach out to Charlie Knight @ Advance TRS to find out more about this exciting opportunity and take the next step in your career.
