Job DescriptionEstimator Roofing & Cladding SystemsJob Reference Number: 501011-8577-25175Location: Commutable to Portsmouth Remuneration: 45,000 - 60,000neg + bonus tbc Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package The role of the Estimator Roofing & Cladding Systems will involve:Estimator position dealing with various commercial and industrial roofing and cladding systems such as; rainscreen, standing seam, architectural wall panels, built up metal roofing & cladding, composite roofs & wallsReviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices Carrying out site surveys as and when required Producing formal quotations to clients Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal databaseBuild and maintain relationships with contractors and vendorsPrioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met Estimating for projects ranging in value from 20k up to circa 2.5m The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Roofing & Cladding Systems with:Must have estimating experience within the commercial or industrial roofing and cladding market sector Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the teamHigh levels of organisation and excellent time management Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Excellent analytical and numerical skillsProactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
