Job DescriptionCorporate Compliance Manager (Building Services & Maintenance) Hampshire-based Council 350 per day PAYE / 450 per day Umbrella / Deemed LTD (Inside IR35) 37 hours per week 6-Month Temporary Contract ASAP Start A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a Hampshire-based Council for a Corporate Compliance Manager to lead on all statutory building compliance across both housing and corporate assets. This is a newly created post, offering the right candidate the chance to shape and embed a high-performing compliance function across a diverse property portfolio.Responsibilities:Lead compliance strategy and operations for over 3,000 HRA dwellings and 500+ corporate assetsManage teams across all key compliance areas, including:Gas servicing & repairsFire safety & risk assessmentsAsbestos managementWater quality (including acting as Responsible/Deputy Person)Lift and M&E servicingBuilding H&S complianceOversee all mechanical & electrical service and repair contractsDevelop and implement robust policies, procedures, and reporting systemsEnsure documentation is accurate, auditable, and stored appropriatelyDrive continual improvement to achieve and maintain 100% compliance across service areasLead procurement and management of strategic compliance contracts and frameworksLiaise with senior stakeholders to ensure compliance activity supports wider service deliveryProvide strategic and operational advice across Property Services and the wider councilRequirements:Proven experience in a senior compliance, building services, or property management role within a housing or public sector contextExcellent knowledge of statutory compliance across multiple building safety disciplinesStrong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and contract management skillsCommercial awareness and understanding of budgetary controlAbility to horizon scan for industry and legislative changesFull UK driving licence casual user car allowance availableAdditional Info:Flexible working offered minimum 3 days on-site per weekImmediate start availableContact: James at Service Care Solutions 01772 208967 / [email protected]
