Design Manager

Ready to shape the future of infrastructure? We're currently looking for a Civils Design Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of civil design on a high-impact project. You'll be leading design coordination, ensuring buildability, and working closely with delivery teams to bring complex engineering solutions to life. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you'll oversee the planning and coordination of all civil design activities, ensuring the programme stays on track and aligns with construction needs. You'll manage design reviews, resolve clashes between disciplines, and make sure the designs are practical, cost-effective, and buildable. Working closely with the project team, client, and stakeholders, you'll guide the design through key stages, support temporary works planning, and ensure all deliverables-from technical drawings to O&M manuals-meet the required standards and deadlines. What You'll Bring: Solid experience delivering civil design for infrastructure projects Strong understanding of construction methods and health & safety compliance Familiarity with NEC3/4, JCT, CDM, and HAZOP Experience working in BIM and coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams Civil Engineering degree or similar If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, Apply Now!
