Job Description About G3 SystemsG3 Systems delivers deployable containerised and modular infrastructure solutions supporting defence, government and international construction programmes. Our projects include complex engineered systems deployed globally in challenging and security-conscious environments.G3 Systems is looking for an experienced Project Engineer to support the delivery of technically complex engineering projects in the UK and overseas.Reporting to the Project Manager, youll coordinate and assure technical activities across the project lifecycle from design reviews and supplier engagement to installation, commissioning and acceptance.Key Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership across project teams Manage technical documentation, plans and reporting Act as the interface between Engineering, Project and Suppliers Oversee installation, testing & acceptance (Trials, V&V) Manage non-conformances and drive corrective actions Support supplier audits and inspections (UK & Europe travel required) Promote a strong Mission Zero safety cultureAbout You: Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) 5+ years in an engineering environment Project Engineering experience essential Knowledge of Systems Engineering & relevant standards Security Cleared or eligible to obtain clearance Strong communicator with excellent organisational skillsThis role includes significant UK and European travel.What We Offer:Opportunity to work on high-profile international defence and government projectsA collaborative and technically driven working environmentCareer development within a growing and specialist engineering & construction organisationCompetitive salary starting from 49,000 p.a.25 days annual leave37.5 hours working weekPrivate Medical Insurance Cover (BUPA)Life Cover (3.5x salary)Pension PlanPlus various salary sacrifice schemes (eBike, electric car purchase) and other life wellbeing platformsIf youre motivated, technically strong and ready to support high-quality international project delivery, wed love to hear from you.
