Electrical Services Manager

Job DescriptionWe are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Portishead, who are recruiting for an Electrical Services Manager on a permanent basis. The position is due to start as soon as possible, with the client prepared to wait for notice periods. The salary for the role will be 47,900 per annum.The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team to deliver both responsive and planned Electrical maintenance and hold an NVQ Lvl 3 in Electrical installations. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing all repairs, servicing, and maintenance activities for electrical systems and installations across domestic and commercial properties, including lifts and the solar PV portfolio, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and best practiceCreating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on delivering right-first-time outcomesMaximising value for money by carefully managing job resources and verifying costs against expected valuesContributing to the development and delivery of a continuous service improvement plan focused on enhancing customer experienceOverseeing post-work quality inspections and electrical audits within agreed timescales, and addressing any quality concerns with the appropriate SupervisorResolving customer complaints efficiently and effectively, taking full ownership through to a successful conclusionExperience required:Experience required in Social HousingExperience overseeing both planned and reactive maintenanceExperience in overseeing and managing budgets Experience carrying out post work quality inspectionsSkills, knowledge and expertise required:NVQ LVL 3 in Electricial Installaltions NICEIC Duty Holder or Qualified Supervisor 18th edition Rewards and Benefits:25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays Work anniversary off every yearsFamily friendly leaveEnhanced pension Flexible working daysAgile Working policy Working hours:37.5 hours per week Monday Friday, 9am-5pm (Flexible start + finish)Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
