Senior Quantity Surveyor roles & responsibilities: - End to end management of multiple, high value packages - Monitoring build costs against budget and forecast final cost - Identifying cost risks and opportunities early - Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with contract terms - Preparing and agreeing final accounts with supply chain Senior Quantity Surveyor experience required: - Minimum 10 years post qualified experience - Extensive Major Project experience - ideally High Rise Towers - Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or similar - First class IT / reporting skills - Strong communication - written and spoken Opportunities to work on projects of this order do not come around often.
