Electrically Biased Quantity Surveyor M&E Contractor | Canary Wharf / London Location: Canary Wharf, London (site-based) Salary: Up to 75,000 (depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm Company: Leading Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) About the Company Bespoke Recruitment Services are working with a reputable M&E subcontractor specialising in commercial office fit-out, infrastructure, and refurbishment projects across London and Essex . Due to continued growth, theyre seeking an experienced Electrically Biased Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Canary Wharf. This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Quantity Surveyor or M&E Quantity Surveyor with a strong electrical background looking to progress within a dynamic and supportive business. Role Overview As an Electrically Biased Quantity Surveyor, youll be responsible for the cost management and commercial delivery of electrical packages across multiple projects. Youll work closely with project managers, clients, and the commercial team to ensure accurate reporting, cost control, and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage the financial performance of electrical contracts Prepare and manage monthly valuations and cost reports Analyse budgets and forecast variations where necessary Submit applications for payment and produce client reports Prepare variation quotations and commercial documentation Attend client and site meetings to discuss progress and costs Support the commercial team in procurement and tender processes Ensure compliance with company and contractual standards Skills & Experience Required Minimum 3 years experience as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor or M&E QS Proven track record on commercial fit-out , refurbishment , or infrastructure projects Relevant qualification such as ONC, HNC, BSc, or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Building Services Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Benefits Competitive salary up to 75,000 (DOE) 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Private BUPA Healthcare Company pension scheme Paid travel and expenses Gym membership contribution Ongoing professional development and career progression TPBN1_UKTJ
