Youll be joining a respected architectural joinery business with over 20 years of experience, known for delivering high-quality bespoke joinery across both public and private sectors.About the RoleBased in the office, youll be trained by experienced professionals to price up bespoke joinery works. You'll be involved in every stage of the estimating process from reading technical drawings to communicating with suppliers and customers. The projects are varied and bespoke, making this a great role for someone who enjoys detail and problem solving.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret architectural drawings, survey sheets and customer sketchesPrice joinery jobs across a wide range of one-off and repeat projectsAssist in the creation of 3D visualisations for clientsCommunicate with customers and suppliers regarding designs and pricingPlace orders for components and assist with bespoke specificationsProduce cutting lists and technical information for workshop and site teamsWhat Were Looking ForPrevious hands-on experience in joinery or cabinetry (essential)A keen interest in design, pricing, and technical drawingGood computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent communication and organisational skillsWillingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitudeThis is more than just a job its a career move into a specialist, in-demand area of the joinery trade.
