As we expand globally, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer to elevate our visual identity across digital, social, and print.This role is perfect for a designer with a clean, modern aesthetic and a passion for creating high-impact, on-brand visuals.What You’ll DoDesign assets for campaigns, email, social, website, packaging, and print.Maintain and evolve Runderwear’s visual identity across all touchpoints.Create templates and design systems to streamline campaigns.Prepare print-ready artwork for expos, brochures, and packaging.Collaborate with the marketing team, photographers, and videographers on shoots and content briefs.What We’re Looking For2+ years’ graphic design experience (eCommerce, apparel, or consumer goods preferred).Strong portfolio showcasing branding, typography, and layout skills.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Motion graphics or video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects) a bonus.Passion for clean, functional design — interest in sport or running is a plus.Why Join UsFlexible schedule: part-time or full-time (2–5 days/week).Creative ownership as we scale a growing global brand.Work on diverse projects across digital and print platforms.Office based in Poole with a passionate, performance-driven team.
