If you're ready to sell vehicles that combine style, performance, and smart tech this is the role for you. Sandown Group are looking for a Transaction Manager to join the Poole team and represent the full Omoda Jaecoo range including the popular Jaecoo 7. You will support customers in exploring these modern, tech-forward vehicles and guide them through the buying process.The Transaction Manager is responsible for enhancing customer relationships and progressing the sale of the car, F&I, service plans and accessories. Crucial to this role is an ability to gain customer trust and build loyalty to Sandown. Responsibilities will include, part exchange valuations, finance package tailoring and delivering sales results for the branch.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Provide class leading customer serviceEnsure sales process is adhered toDistribute and manage lead with sales executiveHave detailed knowledge of every enquiryEncourage appointments at the showroomSecond face every customerEnsure follow up after enquiry, in line with Sandown SLAsProduce finance quotes and proposalsAppraise part exchanges and provide valuationsAssist with the sale of the car, accessories, paint protection and insurance productsClose salesReport to line manager on deal by deal basis on all income generatedConduct regular diary reviewsMentor and develop team of Sales ExecutivesIdentify renewal opportunities from existing Sandown customersYou will require : a high level of attention to detail; be FCA accredited: knowledge of finance and related systems; knowledge of insurance products; Understanding of car valuations and advanced negotiation skills. xjdpvnf The showroom is open from 8. Monday to Friday, Saturday 8:30 17:00 and Sunday 10:00 16:00.
