B2B Sales Account Manager - B2B -Hybrid-Upto 35k plus commissionAre you passionate about delivering excellent service, building strong relationships, and driving business growth? This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a proactive, commercial environment and enjoys working with a broad range of B2B customers.We're looking for an experienced and results-driven B2B Account Manager to join a newly formed Account Management Team. This role will focus on increasing sales and loyalty from existing and previously active B2B customers, with a strong emphasis on relationship building, retention, and reactivation. Working in a tight-knit team, you'll have a real impact on shaping the long term success of our clients B2B account management team.Key Responsibilities:Strengthen and grow relationships across a diverse B2B customer baseIncrease repeat ordering, retention, and overall customer lifetime valueProactively re-engage lapsed or dormant accountsIdentify and support promising new accounts to develop long-term loyaltyProfile and prospect for new customers using existing dataManage a portfolio of B2B customers through regular phone and email contactCollaborate with colleagues across sales, marketing, and operations to improve customer outcomesUse CRM tools to monitor account activity and identify growth opportunitiesMaintain accurate records, track KPIs and contribute to team successWhat We're Looking For:Min 3 years of B2B account management experienceProven track record in retaining and growing business accountsConfident communicator with experience selling physical products into B2B environmentsCommercially minded, target-driven, and highly motivatedStrong negotiation skills and a strategic approach to customer engagementExcellent phone manner and ability to build rapport with senior buyers This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys owning customer relationships, spotting commercial opportunities, and developing new business within existing sectors.
