Production Manager (CNC) Job Location: Poole, Dorset Job Type: Permanent Salary: Depending on level of experience Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday Thursday 8.30am 5.00pm & Friday 8.30am 2.00pm Are you a Production Manager with a passion for precision engineering and team leadership? As Production Manager, youll oversee approximately 35 staff across the shop floor, production planning, and engineering. Youll be the driving force behind operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities; Lead and schedule CNC machining operations Drive production targets and manage KPIs Maximise efficiency and productivity across manufacturing Ensure quality and compliance of all products Support new product development and process optimisation Champion best practices and continuous improvement initiatives Promote a strong health 'safety culture Recruit, train, and mentor staff What are we looking for; Proven leadership in CNC production (Turners & Millers) Experience as a Production Engineer, Supervisor, Manager, or Manufacturing Manager Strong communication and team-building skills Excellent planning and prioritisation abilities Deep understanding of quality assurance and compliance in manufacturing If this sounds like an exciting opportunity and you would like to find out more about it and if it can be the start of a good career move for you, then please send your CV or us on 01202 686000.
